Founders Spotlight: Nilesh Dixit — The Journey of Building JustGoFix

Every startup has a story. Some begin with a big idea, while others begin with a struggle that changes the founder’s life. The journey of Nilesh Dixit, Founder and CEO of JustGoFix, is a story of determination, resilience, and the courage to keep moving forward.

From Financial Struggles to an Entrepreneurial Dream

In 2018, Nilesh Dixit faced a difficult moment in his life. He was asked to leave his classroom in Muzaffarpur because he could not pay his tuition fees. This happened just two months before his NIMCET entrance examination.

For many people, such an experience could become a reason to give up. For Nilesh, it became one of the experiences that shaped his journey as an entrepreneur.

The Beginning of JustGoFix

In July 2019, Nilesh came up with the idea of building JustGoFix, a platform focused on connecting customers with service professionals.

Like many first-time founders, he did not begin with a large investment or a big team. His first investor was his mother, who gave him RS 500 to help him get started.

With this initial support, Nilesh prepared the first promotional poster and started looking for customers. The response came sooner than expected.

On the very first day, JustGoFix received its first order for plumbing services. By the end of the day, the business had reached its break-even point.

That first order was more than a business transaction. It was a sign that the idea had potential and that a small beginning could lead to something bigger.

Learning Through the Challenges of Entrepreneurship

Building a company is rarely a straight path. Behind every milestone, there are decisions, mistakes, financial pressure, and moments of uncertainty.

Nilesh experienced these realities firsthand while building JustGoFix. Over the years, he learned lessons that helped him grow emotionally, mentally, and financially.

He understands the pressure of working long hours to build a business while still worrying about monthly bills, liabilities, and the future of the company.

These are challenges that many founders face but do not always talk about openly. Revenue may be uncertain, resources may be limited, and the responsibility of keeping a business running can be difficult.

For Nilesh, these experiences have become an important part of his entrepreneurial journey. They have also given him a better understanding of what other founders go through when they decide to build something of their own.

His message to aspiring entrepreneurs is simple: the journey is worth pursuing.

Building a Stronger Startup Ecosystem in Bihar

Having experienced the challenges of starting a business himself, Nilesh understands the importance of guidance, mentorship, and meaningful connections.

For a first-time founder, access to experienced mentors and a supportive network can make a real difference. It can help entrepreneurs learn from others’ mistakes, make better decisions, and find the confidence to continue when things become difficult.

Nilesh wants to help entrepreneurs building in Saran and across Bihar by sharing his experience and connecting them with mentors.

Bihar has aspiring entrepreneurs, innovative ideas, and people willing to take risks. Creating stronger connections among founders, mentors, investors, and business leaders can help these ideas grow into sustainable businesses.

His journey offers an important lesson: you do not need to have everything figured out before you start. What matters is taking the first step, learning from experience, and continuing to improve.

A Message for Aspiring Founders

Nilesh Dixit’s journey from struggling to pay tuition fees in Muzaffarpur to building JustGoFix shows that an entrepreneur’s path is shaped by much more than business ideas.

It requires patience, resilience, learning, and the ability to move forward despite uncertainty.

For entrepreneurs building in Saran or anywhere in Bihar, his message is clear: seek guidance, build meaningful connections, learn from your mistakes, and keep working towards your goals.

The next successful startup from Bihar could begin with a simple idea, a small investment, and the courage to take the first step.

Nilesh Dixit is open to connecting with entrepreneurs who want to learn from his experience, seek mentorship, or become part of a stronger startup community in Bihar.
